1. What Omnizen AI provides

Omnizen AI ("we", "us") is a subscription gateway that forwards your AI requests to upstream model providers (DeepSeek, Z.ai, Alibaba Cloud, MiniMax, Moonshot, and others). You bring the prompts; we bring the routing, billing, and key management. We do not train or operate foundation models ourselves.

2. Subscription, credits, refunds

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel any time — access continues until period end.
• Top-up credits never expire while your account is active.
• Refunds: subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts. Credits are non-refundable once consumed; unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase by emailing support.
• Free tier is provided as-is and may be rate-limited or revoked at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate content that violates any provider's acceptable use policy (CSAM, weapons proliferation, large-scale disinformation, targeted harassment).
• Resell, sublicense, or share API keys with third parties — keys are personal.
• Circumvent rate limits, budgets, or abuse-prevention systems.
• Generate or transmit malware.
• Scrape personal data or violate applicable data protection laws.

We may suspend keys we believe are violating these terms, with refund of unused credits.

4. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from upstream provider outages, model output accuracy, or business decisions made using AI output. Maximum aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

5. Changes

We may update these terms with 14 days' notice via email. Material changes affecting pricing or refund policy require explicit re-acceptance.
